{QUESTION}
I did not receive an e-mail or code after payment; how can I watch the movie?
The paid movie show at the Internet Cinema is browser- and device-based, and the Internet Cinema website will detect your viewing rights after payment by means of cookies that are saved to your browser. If the payment was successful, you can immediately click on the “Play” button in the same browser on the page of the movie.
For smooth use of the Internet Cinema, all blockers of pop-ups, scripts and ads must be disabled before payment. In any case, you must not use the Private Browsing or Incognito mode of your browser.
However, should any errors occur despite this, a six-character code (such as 12ABC3) can be seen in the proof of payment field on your bank statement, which you can enter on the NETIKINO CODE field under the payment methods for the movie. If this works, and you have already clicked the blue “WATCH MOVIE” button, the code will become used, and the purchased movie can only be watched for the prescribed time in that specific browser.
How many times or for how long can I watch the movie after payment?
The paid movie show at the Internet Cinema is browser- and device-based. The movie can only be watched on the same device and with the same browser that you used to pay for the show.
You can access the purchased movie for the period applicable to the movie which is displayed upon order confirmation; during this period, you are able to watch the movie for an unlimited number of times on the device you used to place the order.
Can I watch the movie on several different devices?
You cannot. The paid movie show at the Internet Cinema is browser- and device-based, which means that the movie can only be watched on the same device and with the same browser that was used to pay for the show. Alternatively, you can use screen mirroring or a cable to transfer the image from the device you used for payment to a TV screen or other display.
Can the movie be watched using Private Browsing or Incognito mode?
No. Since with Private Browsing, the browser deletes the whole browsing history and all cookies, the Internet Cinema does not work with these modes. The paid show at the Internet Cinema is browser- and device-based, and the Internet Cinema website will detect your viewing rights after payment by means of cookies that are saved to your browser.
Can the movies of the Internet Cinema be watched in the browser of a Smart TV?
In general, yes. However, some Smart TV models have had issues with movie playback. Make sure that your Smart TV software and browser software are up to date. To make sure that movies play without issues on your TV, definitely test it out with any movie that is free to watch at the Internet Cinema.
Why is the movie stuttering?
If the movie is “stuttering”, then the internet connection speed is very likely the issue. The video player automatically changes the video quality according to the internet connection speed. However, if you still experience issues during loading, the image resolution can also be manually decreased from the “Settings” button (gear icon).
